- Use with a neutral lip liner and apply lipstick in a dabbing motion and layer colour as desired. Alternatively (for longer lasting colour), add a light coat of face moisturiser to your lips and dab with foundation (this acts as a base, helping the lipstick stay on longer). Then add a light dusting of translucent powder and outline lips with neutral/nude lip liner. Apply lipstick in a dabbing motion and blend together, then blot.
